Our design team will finalize the plan to create a landscape worthy of your leisure time. We will lay out every detail of the plan for your final review and approval.
Commitment in the Landscape Design and Build Industry comes when contracts are signed along with your scheduling deposit. (25% of the project cost). Once completed, Blue Fox Landscape Design commits all necessary resources for your project. Materials are ordered, labor is scheduled, equipment is reserved etc. Our contracts clearly outline progress schedules and payment expectations. Communication and transparency are critical at this point to ensure a smooth transition from design to production.
Yes, there will be changes. You will want something changed or we may inform you a change has to occur due to an unforeseen issue. We will be transparent and have a process to manage all changes, so-as-to ensure all stakeholders communicate clearly and, are ultimately satisfied.
When the project is completed, we will walk through the project with you, so-as-to ensuring you are 100% satisfied and are aware of how the landscape operates (i.e.. ponds, lights etc.). Our goal is complete transparency. Also, at this time, we will introduce you to the Lady Fox Gardening Team to discuss how best to maintain and protect your investment for years to come.
